Our Team
Rob Hamlin
General Manager
Rob Hamlin has spent his entire career in the agriculture industry, and more specifically within in the crop protection sector. Rob grew up in Outlook, Saskatchewan and enjoyed being involved in the family farm located near Davidson. As the son of a farmer, he values the commitment and dedication it takes to produce food for the world and how innovative farmers are at overcoming challenges.
Rob’s professional career includes roles at independent ag retail, sales and account management with Monsanto Canada, a leadership role within Crop Production Services Canada (Nutrien) where he served as the Director of Crop Protection for 5 years before accepting a position with Farmers Business Network (FBN) as the Global Vice President of Procurement and Production. Rob has a keen knowledge of post-patent crop protection chemistries and products which span manufacturing, marketing, distribution, logistics and agronomic performance.
He received his education at the University of Saskatchewan achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics.
Rob and his wife, Sharon, have two grown children and reside in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Glen Douglas
Director – Product Management
Glen Douglas’ agriculture roots run deep. He was born and raised on a cattle operation in western Manitoba and pursued his post-secondary education at the University of Manitoba obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a major in soil science. Glen is a professional agrologist and has maintained that standing for over 35 years.
Glen started his professional career working in the crop protection industry having worked with Hoechst, Agrevo, Aventis, and Bayer Crop Science. While at Bayer, Glen played an instrumental role in the initial field testing for glufosinate ammonium in Canada. In the early 1990’s, Glen moved over to the distribution side of the crop protection industry, working as a Territory Sales Representative with InterAg for 18 years.
In 2008, Glen moved to Mana Canada where he took on sales and marketing roles for 9 years. With an extensive background in the crop protection and agronomy sectors, Glen started his own company, RGDAG Consulting, in 2018. As owner of RGDAG, Glen works with several clients on post-patent product entries to the Canadian marketplace.
Glen enjoys working with the Innovis Crop Protection Limited team bringing high performance post- patent products to the marketplace for the benefit of Canadian farmers.
